Oh my experience is simular to yours. Had a major repair that cost me $2000 about 8 months after I purchased the car.

I had to go in to get Enterprise to fix a head light. I got pulled over and warned. it could have been a nasty little ticket. Then there were chips of paint off of the car.

Just not happy overall. While the service dept was friendly it. Honesty is important. Also Car fax means nothing listen to the mechanic on You tube named Scotty.

Next someone hit my car ran off while I was at work. I found out while it was in Emmerson Collision shop that the driver door had previous damage and enterprise never reported this. I am so very angry at the dishonesty. I called the Rochester, NY site NO answer from them at all.

That sends me a red flag they are in the wrong. I will not recommend they say word of mouth is important. But I am not referring anyone.

I will continue to complain. I hope people rally and get a lawsuit started because I will definately be on top of the list.

I Purchased heated seats packaged for $399.00 at the time of my auto purchase asked for a refund because the company they used (Limited Service Protection Corporation) damaged my seats and the car ac unit didn't blow cold air any more. General Manager Mitchell made promises after promises to resolve the problems...then months later I finally get my car back and now I have damaged seats and wires hanging loosely under and beside my two front seats.... that have not been repaired because I asked that the contract company Enterprise Car Sales decided to use does poor work! Enterprise Car Sales - I just want to letting you know, that just made a customer unhappy

I just went one of your locations try to do a deal with one of 2018 Nissan NV200 I was impressed of the pictures, that the salesman showed me. But, when they brought the Auto were damages on the car. The car was priced of $ 19,000 I was to pay it in advance. They told me not until you see the car, now I can not get my $250.00 transfer fee, just because. But, I was not told about the transfer fee . Wasn't refundable. That's a geart business to take money out the customers. I wouldn't like to happen to more customers. Thank you. Sincerely, Jonny
