Faulty car

I bought a car and on the third day I noticed an issue I tried to return the car and get my old one but was told that was not an option that I had to keep my car or get something else on the lot I couldn't get anything else on the lot, so I had to keep my car and let them fix it, but they have taken my car to Ford to be fixed 3 times and the problem is still there I've been at their dealership almost every day with this car and the manager is very rude and unprofessional I was told I'm on fords times not there's and when I told him the car was unsafe he brushed me off

Where is my title?

I purchased the vehicle in May from the location on Scottsdale Rd. I paid cash. Enterprise processed the transaction as a credit purchase naming my bank as the lien holder. Ive had several conversations with several people, yet no progress, and no title.

Trade in not paid

I traded in my 2019 Ford Flex for a 2020 Nissan Armada and I am getting calls from the old finance company to make my payments on the Ford Flex. I contacted Enterprise here in Stockton, Ca and spoke with the manger Andre and he told me that I have to speak with him and refused to give me the corporate office phone number. He is telling me I need to make payments on a car I don't have anymore?

User's recommendation: STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO MAKE PAYMENTS ON A CAR YOU TRADED IN.

Refund check

I went to enterprise car sales and was trying out a car. They cashed my check of $7200 before they were supposed to and they have yet to send it back and then they told me I had seven days in which to try this car out but they never told me that I had to pay $200 restocking fee! So they owe me $8300 and I have yet to receive anything and I am about to lose property! I would like my check overnighted to me so I can take care of my business considering they were not supposed to deposit these funds! Before the seven days were up!

Purchased a 2017 Jeep Compass on 2/5/21. on 6/18/21 I was getting into my Jeep when I noticed the plastic frame around the lower part of the seat had detached from the seat. The refused to repair it.

I was horrified. I contacted Capitol One who financed the jeep and told them that I refuse to pay for this vehicle unless they repair broken seat frame.

User's recommendation: take used vehicle to a dealership to have it inspected before you buy it.

Ripped off, lied to

I worked with a salesperson to reviews cars and ultimately found a car I thought was perfect. I purchased this car. It turns out the list of features on the website was a lie (for example it listed power lift gate and heated seats and the car has neither of these features). In addition they listed the car as an XLE model but it is an LE (without a leather steering wheel or moonroof). I had thought I was getting a great deal but ultimately was ripped off. The only reason I did not give one star is I now have an opportunity to return the car within 7 days of purchase. I feel taken advantage of and cheated.
