I bought a 2014 Nissan Murano, at San Jose down town ,California with reportedly 24K miles on it. When I asked about floor mate, they refuse to give me.
My experience with Enterprises car sales management and sale person has driven me crazy.
They were very rude and skeptical, especially an African American manager. This is my first and last experience in this place and with Enterprises. I am giving negative feedback to the enterprises evaluation department as well as my friends and families.
Please, avoid to buy vehicles from Enterprises company. I have also confused sale person and manager statement are different, sales person agree to provide.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $250.
