Enterprise Car Sales - Horrible Warranty

Absolutely atrocious customer service when dealing with the warranty and even worse job by the warranty adjustor. The warranty adjustor Kevin has been an absolute nightmare to work with.
He would not promptly authorize repairs he wouldn't even authorize the ship to break down the engine to get the pictures that he was requesting. He made getting the rental as difficult as possible and then would not update the warranty claim so even tho my car was finished in Aug 2, since he won't return phone calls to me or the shop, I haven't been able to pick it up from the shop.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
