This was the worst experience as a customer. I purchased a Passat that has so many problems from the day I got it. They sold it to me as a Certified Used car, found out the shop just checked off and sign a piece of paper. Let see some off the things that was checked off: Noise, Breaks , and car supposed to have Oil Change! None of which is true.

1.Brakes had to be changed days after I got the car.

2. Car makes noise when turning. Still do!

3. Oil the color of tar.

4. Driver window don't work properly.

5. They said the had to replace the windshield, there was black glue all over.

An email was sent to manager almost a month now an no reply so far.

I could have purchased a car way more cheaper with less problems.

Going on 7 months and no resolution, I guess they are waiting for The year to go and my warranty runs out. That's how dishonest they are.

Because of me that office sold 5 cars.
