I rented a chysler 200s from enterprise and enjoyed the car and wanted to purchase it orl one like it. So I talked to Miranda in there sales department.
She told me that she jad found a 200 for me and my wife so we went to look at it and it was a limited and not a 200c needless to say we were dissapointed. So we asked if they had anything else in the same price range and we looked at a 2015 cruze lt wonderful car with more features. So they qualified us 1500 down at 21% interest and 450 a month for 66 months. We asked about using a trade in for a down payment and they said the bank would not allow it but they could buy it from us and send us a check later.
Then when we told them it did not run they did not want it all and there kelly blue book booked it at 2500 not even running. So we told them that we would see about the 1500 dollars down. So they had me sign all the paperwork to purchase the car. Then told me that I would need proof of income, im self employed and have no proof of income.
So even with the down payment they refused to sale me the car. Which really stinks my wife and I are fighting DHS to get our daughter back and just started a new business and wanted to get us a vehicle that would give us peace of mind for us and safety for our daughter, but enterprise does not care about your situation they just care about the almighty dollar.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
