Enterprise Car Sales - Car problems continuing after 7 day grace period for return and money back.
Very disappointed with my purchase. Car had a problem in the first week with the drivers seat.
I took it back Enterprise Sales had it checked out. Nothing wrong here they informed me. Kept happening. A month or so later I took it to Nissan dealership to check it out.
Seems the seat assembly version is warn out and broken and it's not covered under the so called 'bumper to bumper warranty'. But dealership can fix it for over $2,100. I then contacted Enterprise again. They refused to do anything about fixing it; but on my money Firestone down the street will check it out again.
The same people that said I didn't have a problem in the first place. I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM ENTERPRISE AGAIN. AND WHEN ASKED I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE SHOULD SPEND THEIR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.
ENTERPRISE DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. Very angry.....
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Monetary Loss: $2200.
Preferred solution: Full refund.

Bought the car 10/16/17 from Enterprise Sales in Merriam, KS
took it to Hendrick Nissan to get checked out will cost me $2,750 to fix
