I have purchased a view vehicle and I have not had the vehicle three weeks and its been to the shop three times. I need to speak with someone in upper management about this issue.
This is very frustrating!! I have talked back and forth with the area manger and also filed a complaint to GM. I took vehicle to Repair shops in Jackson, Ms and Brookhaven, Ms. I had bad service at both places!!
I had a problem getting a loaner at one. I had issues getting the car fixed at the other.
They let car set for a week before they looked at it. This is very sad that I pay this kinda money for a car and have these issues!!
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Monetary Loss: $40000.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
