:( I purchased a 2005 subaru imprezza from enterprise in charlotte,n.c. and it has been nothing but a black hole in space which I have had to dump money into.

The car at this point has only 80,000 miles on it has needed the brakes replaced @ 30,000 and now needs a transmission (valve body)(transfer case selanoid )replaced to the tune of $15,00.00 This seems quite a low milage for so many large repairs for a car which is known for it's durability and capacity for long lasting high milage capabilities.I feel you sold me a lemon for a undue high price considering all the problems it has had .

I will never recomend you for sales or rentals , in fact quite the opposit.

Very unhappy in Charlotte! :(

Enterprise Car Sales in Enterprise, Alabama - Bad customer service

on or around feb 15 2010 I recieved tires four tires from expert tire in enterprise alabama.I have been in the automotive buisness for some 12 years this includes hudson valley auto collision in ny midway auto sales, genes auto wax, etc.My job description was automotive customizer.I have worked in everything from paint booths to turning interiors to gucci tommy, harley, etc.The first thing is customer service in this type of buisness. Van the manager in ur store may feel he has it licked in knowing about tires. however he sucks in customer service. and but not limited to his knowledge about vehicles.He argued with me about my sensor on my vehicle . telling me it had none. after A brief argument and stand off with him;Micheal another proffesional from expert tire repaired my problem in less then 20 seconds.micheal not only knows his job he knows customers. thierfore I would reavaluate your enterprise store thanks

Blame the shady dealers not Enterprise.

Enterprise Car Sales in Norwalk, Connecticut - No Tag

I was promised that when I purchased the 2010 Sonata that my tag would only cost $20.00. I just put down the down payment and then the car payment and then the insurance increase for full coverage. When I got to the tag office in Alpharetta, Ga. they stated it would be $210.00 and I could not believe that. I tried to call the Duluth, Ga. office several times with absolutely no results. Finally, after several calls, the gentleman said he would call me back in a day or so. It has been a week and I haven't heard back from him. I am very angry that service after the sale means nothing to this particular office. I would not recommend anyone to purchase a car from this location. They were anxious to sell the car just not anxious to help after the sale.
