Enterprise Car Sales in Mountain Home, Arkansas - Don't know what this means??

I purchased a 2011 Dodge Caliber from your office in Mountain Home, AR in February of 2012. I had one complaint at that time which I wrote Ms. Beach in Wichita about. My complaint at this time is that I was not given two car keys at time of purchase. I spoke with Ariel in Wichita last week re this and she said, "If we were given 2 keys we would have given you 2." It has been necessary for me to purchase a key at a cost of nearly $200. This does not seem right. I'm a retired widower and funds are tight. My phone #870-580-0562. Never again will I trust this company or do business here as well as my Friends and family members many of the workers destroyed cars, there was a double standard friends of the managers were never fired. On several times some workers were fired for no reasons,In addition some workers totaled cars were never fired.Brought a car back from dealership was accused of damage not done by me, my friends were also terminated from this company.The company relys on 2nd hand labor to process insurance clams that are of a lesser amount then billed to customers neverthe less the managers keep the spread.The repairs are done mostly cheaper than stated but overbilled with there own insurance company.

Unless the company enterprise car rental ABE ,PA./national car, a Russian company of sort is willing to have a worker arbitration or unions the company will continue to be a failure with customers and workers,and our friends and family members :(
