Enterprise Car Sales in Columbus, Ohio - Best buying experience I ever had

i have lousy credit. Was sitting across from Enterprise at another dealership that offers financing to guys like me. Got put on a dirty couch and waited 20 minutes to be addressed. Called across the street to Enterprise. Scott made no promises but encouraged me to come over to Enterprise. In 20 Minutes Scott had me approved by CHASE!!!!!rate was fantastic. 5 weeks later, with no pressure calls from any salesman, I went back and bought the car of my dreams. Brian Schneider, the salesman, was fantastic. He even washed the car and filled the tank himself. What a fantastic experience. Sorry I' not "pissed". Had to give credit where credit is due. I was bullied and pressured into buying a car i did not want. I was treated rude by the sales man who said just sign the *** paper. I cried all the way home and dont know what to do about it. Do not buy a car from them ever. I am going to have to file a law suit.

If you didn't want it you could of easily walked away like a normal human being and gone some place else.

You going to really complain saying its Enterprises fault when you were the one to accept the car and drive off the lot? wow….

Wow this just further proves the shady business practices. I know this is from an employee at the car sales like maybe Brandon.

You should be ashamed of the way you treated me and I did turn back in the car I did not want three times and still ended up with a car I did not want.

Then was never given the sales contract and just got pulled over in LA and the officer told me the car was not even registered and my registration is suspended. He also told me a bit of advice on his experience with enterprise "do not buy a car from them".

Enterprise Car Sales Poor Customer Service, Locally and Nationally

I bought a 2013 Hyunda on 10/18/2014 - all cash - by cashier's check. They were very rude and skeptical, running a "credit check' and terrorist background check even though I am all American. After cashing the check they refused to release the car to me until I provided them with a utility bill. They said they had a different address than I gave them. Now the car is experiencing problems with electrical, front wheel, and now the engine seems to be knocking a bit and smoke is coming up from the engine. They refuse to respond to my calls, refuse to fix the car, or even look at the car. Their position is "take it to the dealer, its under warranty". Well, I also have a warranty with Enterprise that they refuse to honor. Now nobody, including the Regional Mgr., will call me back. I know what to do, I will file suit this week if problem is not addressed.

Honestly, I'm sorry you had that experience. But your only mistake was not persisting in requesting to test drive the car.

NEVER buy a car without test driving it first. It's a lot of money to waste, and just a few minutes to check with a quick drive. ESPECIALLY if you have a child. With one test drive you could have found out this problem and avoided all of this all together.

I have a 2013 Ford Fiesta that I got from the dealer (lease), 3 months later the clutch was doing the same thing, now it needs to be replaced due to re-call, so I understand your anger and frustration and disappointment. Hope it all works out for you.

How did you not notice the crack? I inspect any car for exterior anything I look or rent a car.

That filter looks like it has been changed in two years or more. What kind of ASE mechanic do they have?!
