Purchased a vehicle on October 15, 2016. I didn't receive a copy of the 109 inspection, didn't receive vehicle manual and my car was not clean on the inside or outside.
I was assured by my salesperson that everything would be taken care. When I contacted the office (Columbia, SC) when no one contacted me I was informed that salesperson was on vacation for a week. Fast forward to now. I have been to dealership on 4 different occasions and still the problems have not been rectified.
I have ccomplained to the assistant sales manager and I'm still getting to run around. I did get my inspection.
I have not been able to get car detailed (some spots needs buffering) and been told the manual would be sent by UPS which should not take this long. Now when I call or go by office, the salesperson is rude.

I bought a truck from Enterprise Car Sales and they got me a 20 plus percent interest rate just put me in any vehicle after a wreck I got into this was my second vehicle purchase from them within six months putting $5,000 down do to my accident I was late on a couple of payments Iowa's 47 days late when the financial institution the Enterprise Car Sales set me up with repossessed my vehicle which I was paying $550 a month for at 20% interest Enterprise Car Sales is a rip off scam and fraud also the original vehicle that I wanted they sold out from under me when they told me they would hold it they have no honor in their work how to make a quick buck and scam the American carbuyer
East Syracuse Sales Office Did Not Complete the Deal
I negotiated for hours with the East Syracuse sales and finance team. We agreed on the exact vehicle I wanted, The Price, and a Trade in.
I did not fnance with them. The car was located in New Jersey and had to be shipped in at my expense. Very Dissapointed that close to the delivery date I received a call that that car had been damaged on the NJ Enterprise Lot but that a similiar one was available, however the mileage was 27,000 vs 21,000. It felt like a bait an switch to me.
I had been working with this team for months on finding a 2016 Kia Sorento with 17-21,000 miles. I paid the dealer for the shipping and was all set to complete the deal when it arrived. Somehow I feel like the explanation that the car was damaged just before shipping it to me is a bit hoaky. My gut feel is that there is a different reason entirely for them backing out of the deal and offering a substitute.
I had come to believe they were a cut above the used car sales crowd. Now I am not sure.

Beware when purchasing a car from Enterprise car sales. I purchased a 2015 Altima from Enterprise car sales last month.
I also purchased extended warranty. When i asked what was covered the financial manager showed me this big *** cardboard with a list of things not covered.
when i went online this evening i found a Nissan Extended protection plan that covers basically the whole car with 120,000mile coverage for 600 dollars cheaper than what i paid. I still haven't received anything in the mail about the current warranty I have, I will be going up there on monday to cancel my warranty coverage, hopefully i won't have any problems, Also before you purchase look carefully at the whole car because they do cosmetic touch up to the body that you might not notice at first because you are to excited about getting a new used car at a good price.

Enterprise car sales policy with in 07 days if u don't like it return in 04 days want to exchange w 2015 Dodge Journey talked to sales manage Stacy he said no problem bring the car back tomorrow went back sales Person Mitchell told me he drove the doge journey did not pass the 109 or inspection he Droped the car with dealer & now every time I call them cannot get hold of them two times I got Mitchell he told me he will call me back in half & hour but he never did now I been calling my them Cabot get reach them well I will suggest u never buy car from them bad customer service I m going to complain to consumer service bad idea to buy car from enterprise car sales specially Duluh Ga location oooo rating
Shadiest of the Shady
I needed a larger vehicle, thought I would check out Enterprise since my credit union (Municipal Credit Union) is always advertising for them. I went in yesterday June 26, 2016 saw a 2015 Chevy Malibu that had 44,000 miles.
Car looked ok, but what do I know, I am not a mechanic. So what concerned me right away was the mileage. 44,000 miles on a 2015 and its only June 2016. Then when I asked the salesperson Jason about the warranty, he was very vague in his answer and somewhat unclear.
What saved me is when they tried to take my vehicle off my insurance policy and put the 2015 Chevy Malibu on they were unable to do so because it was a weekend and the commercial insurance dept wouldnt be in until Monday morning. My vehicle has commercial isurance. Now mind you they havent showed me any numbers yet. No trade in, intrest rate nothing So when i ask why would they be concerned about insuring the vehicle when I havent been shown any numbers or even decided that I want to purchase a vehicle from them.
The only answer they could give me that made any sense is that "This is the way we do it". Okay this is the second red flag. Theyve been vague about warranty, they want to make sure vehicle is insured and I havent decided to purchase and no figures have been given to me. Anyway I have commercial insurance on my vehicle and commercial dept at Geico insurance is not there on weekends so I tell them I will be back on Monday 10 am.
Of course I dont show up at 10 am so Jason calls me at 10:30, 11:30, !2:30 etc. These people are the shadiest of the shady. It was all about the sale. I finally went in around 4 pm that Monday afternoon.
I actually wanted to see the numbers they would come up with. The price of the vehicle was $15,999, which is not a bad price for a 2015 Chevy Malibu, but not a good price for a Chevy Malibu with 44,000 miles on it. The interest rate was 6.19% which is higher than my current rate which is 4.99%. The warranty they provide is for only one year and it only covers engine, transmission and one other part, I forget.
If you want more coverage you have to pay and you will only get three years or 36,000 miles which ever comes first. I decided not to do business with them, did not trust them at all. They made up answers as they went along, they lied, avoided questions, you name it they did it. It was all about the sale.
This Enterprise Sales near me is located in a mostly African American and Hispanic area, and it is my belief that these maggots have no problem taking advantage of those who don't know any better. Needless to say the maggots became very cold, quiet and distant towards me once they realized I was not going to be played. The manager Jose,who was the shadiest of them all had the nerve to tell me I could take the car and if I wasnt satisfied I could return it within seven days. Never specifying whether it was seven business days or what.
Didnt even matter cause I wasnt going for that either.
