Purchased a 2015 Nissan Sentra from North Charleston, SC Enterprise on November 11,2016. On November 18 ,2016 started having problems with accleration. Spoke to sales person,we took it for a drive but he said he didn't notice anything. Fast forward, i end up talking to Walt the finance guy. In a nut shell he was the judge,jury and attorney in one setting. He went on and on about why i was in the vehicle i was in and why i could not swap out vehicles. I explained to him that i needed the issue resolved. He sent me to Firestone to have it checked out. Firestone couldn't see me that day he said but could see me on Saturday. Well Firestone found that problems with CVT transmission with some coding errors and said I needed to take it to the dealer. So I did and they were more understanding than enterprise. As far as North Charleston Enterprise in S.C. stay away from Walt and be prepared to go in with a tape recorder or an attorney if you go in. I did record the conversation and will be seeking legal representation.

I was renting a car for a week or so. I informed the associate I was in the market for buying a car. A few days after, I received a call from Trey (Raleigh, NC Enterprise Car Sales) asking to come down there to see their cars. At first I was a little hesitant because it was car rental place. After going from lot to lot, I finally caved and drove 45 miles to Raleigh to see Trey (sales) & Chris (manager). Let me tell you, their team was just amazing. They were both very pleasant, honest, and gave me the best customer service possible. For me, the way I was treated just made my car buying experience a great one! Trey was so down to earth and comical! He wasn't pushy and just trying to sell me any car. He made sure I was going to love the car I was sold. I truly appreciated that and all the honesty! Trey definitely went way beyond the call of duty. He was definitely great at what he did! Enterprise should feel so proud they have a person like him on their team.They made my sister and I feel at ease and comfortable. Chris, was very up front and honest and answered my million questions..LOL! I felt he was totally genuine about the way he felt about Enterprise and what it stands for. I was totally impressed and 200 % satisfied. Thank you to these guys so much!! I tell everyone about Enterprise!! Lol! I will definitely come back to them for another car in the future.

I bought a vw jetta from Indianapolis store in March 2016. The car is good mechanically all i can warn new buyers is to be alert on pricing, they say no haggle but actually you pay a premium for' documentation and other items, you will pay the same if not more for same make and model elsewhere, ' the no haggle is a mind trick'. So ask upfrobt about so called must have additional charges, before you sign.

Purchased a vehicle on October 15, 2016. I didn't receive a copy of the 109 inspection, didn't receive vehicle manual and my car was not clean on the inside or outside.

I was assured by my salesperson that everything would be taken care. When I contacted the office (Columbia, SC) when no one contacted me I was informed that salesperson was on vacation for a week. Fast forward to now. I have been to dealership on 4 different occasions and still the problems have not been rectified.

I have ccomplained to the assistant sales manager and I'm still getting to run around. I did get my inspection.

I have not been able to get car detailed (some spots needs buffering) and been told the manual would be sent by UPS which should not take this long. Now when I call or go by office, the salesperson is rude.

I bought a truck from Enterprise Car Sales and they got me a 20 plus percent interest rate just put me in any vehicle after a wreck I got into this was my second vehicle purchase from them within six months putting $5,000 down do to my accident I was late on a couple of payments Iowa's 47 days late when the financial institution the Enterprise Car Sales set me up with repossessed my vehicle which I was paying $550 a month for at 20% interest Enterprise Car Sales is a rip off scam and fraud also the original vehicle that I wanted they sold out from under me when they told me they would hold it they have no honor in their work how to make a quick buck and scam the American carbuyer

East Syracuse Sales Office Did Not Complete the Deal

I negotiated for hours with the East Syracuse sales and finance team. We agreed on the exact vehicle I wanted, The Price, and a Trade in.

I did not fnance with them. The car was located in New Jersey and had to be shipped in at my expense. Very Dissapointed that close to the delivery date I received a call that that car had been damaged on the NJ Enterprise Lot but that a similiar one was available, however the mileage was 27,000 vs 21,000. It felt like a bait an switch to me.

I had been working with this team for months on finding a 2016 Kia Sorento with 17-21,000 miles. I paid the dealer for the shipping and was all set to complete the deal when it arrived. Somehow I feel like the explanation that the car was damaged just before shipping it to me is a bit hoaky. My gut feel is that there is a different reason entirely for them backing out of the deal and offering a substitute.

I had come to believe they were a cut above the used car sales crowd. Now I am not sure.

Beware when purchasing a car from Enterprise car sales. I purchased a 2015 Altima from Enterprise car sales last month.

I also purchased extended warranty. When i asked what was covered the financial manager showed me this big *** cardboard with a list of things not covered.

when i went online this evening i found a Nissan Extended protection plan that covers basically the whole car with 120,000mile coverage for 600 dollars cheaper than what i paid. I still haven't received anything in the mail about the current warranty I have, I will be going up there on monday to cancel my warranty coverage, hopefully i won't have any problems, Also before you purchase look carefully at the whole car because they do cosmetic touch up to the body that you might not notice at first because you are to excited about getting a new used car at a good price.

On 08/02 me and my wife went down to this location we found a car and we were approved for a loan. I asked if we can start a contract and put money down i was told no need yet. But we did need the paperwork that shows that you privies has been paid for. We then get that paperwork and called them to tell that that it will be faxed to them. We were told sorry that car is sold. They told me that it's first come first service to who ever can get the paperwork processed first. They don't hold cars. You can spend hours or days trying to get the car and they will sell it out from under you. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER ONLY THE MONEY

I needed a larger vehicle, thought I would check out Enterprise since my credit union (Municipal Credit Union) is always advertising for them. I went in yesterday June 26, 2016 saw a 2015 Chevy Malibu that had 44,000 miles.

Car looked ok, but what do I know, I am not a mechanic. So what concerned me right away was the mileage. 44,000 miles on a 2015 and its only June 2016. Then when I asked the salesperson Jason about the warranty, he was very vague in his answer and somewhat unclear.

What saved me is when they tried to take my vehicle off my insurance policy and put the 2015 Chevy Malibu on they were unable to do so because it was a weekend and the commercial insurance dept wouldnt be in until Monday morning. My vehicle has commercial isurance. Now mind you they havent showed me any numbers yet. No trade in, intrest rate nothing So when i ask why would they be concerned about insuring the vehicle when I havent been shown any numbers or even decided that I want to purchase a vehicle from them.

The only answer they could give me that made any sense is that "This is the way we do it". Okay this is the second red flag. Theyve been vague about warranty, they want to make sure vehicle is insured and I havent decided to purchase and no figures have been given to me. Anyway I have commercial insurance on my vehicle and commercial dept at Geico insurance is not there on weekends so I tell them I will be back on Monday 10 am.

Of course I dont show up at 10 am so Jason calls me at 10:30, 11:30, !2:30 etc. These people are the shadiest of the shady. It was all about the sale. I finally went in around 4 pm that Monday afternoon.

I actually wanted to see the numbers they would come up with. The price of the vehicle was $15,999, which is not a bad price for a 2015 Chevy Malibu, but not a good price for a Chevy Malibu with 44,000 miles on it. The interest rate was 6.19% which is higher than my current rate which is 4.99%. The warranty they provide is for only one year and it only covers engine, transmission and one other part, I forget.

If you want more coverage you have to pay and you will only get three years or 36,000 miles which ever comes first. I decided not to do business with them, did not trust them at all. They made up answers as they went along, they lied, avoided questions, you name it they did it. It was all about the sale.

This Enterprise Sales near me is located in a mostly African American and Hispanic area, and it is my belief that these maggots have no problem taking advantage of those who don't know any better. Needless to say the maggots became very cold, quiet and distant towards me once they realized I was not going to be played. The manager Jose,who was the shadiest of them all had the nerve to tell me I could take the car and if I wasnt satisfied I could return it within seven days. Never specifying whether it was seven business days or what.

Didnt even matter cause I wasnt going for that either.

I recently purchased a 2015 dodge charger. Under manufacturer warranty. The day I drove the car home. I noticed that the car rocks from side to side as if a wave has hit a boat. Called the salesman. Was told to take it to a local dodge shop. TO MY AMAZEMENT was then told the car has damage due to and accident and that I would have to pay for the needed work. Prior to purchasing the car. Carfax claimed it had never been in an accident. Can someone help me rectify this problem PLEASE

They got me a great and ideal car that fit my needs. Definitely Recommend to anyone to come and purchase their next vehicle here. I want to thank the staff, the crew and of Course Enterprise for the wonderful Opportunity! I got a great deal, 2014 Toyota with only 38k miles on it, great gas mileage, spacious and economical.

This was the worst experience as a customer. I purchased a Passat that has so many problems from the day I got it. They sold it to me as a Certified Used car, found out the shop just checked off and sign a piece of paper. Let see some off the things that was checked off: Noise, Breaks , and car supposed to have Oil Change! None of which is true. 1.Brakes had to be changed days after I got the car. 2. Car makes noise when turning. Still do! 3. Oil the color of tar. 4. Driver window don't work properly. 5. They said the had to replace the windshield, there was black glue all over. An email was sent to manager almost a month now an no reply so far. I could have purchased a car way more cheaper with less problems. Going on 7 months and no resolution, I guess they are waiting for The year to go and my warranty runs out. That's how dishonest they are. Because of me that office sold 5 cars.

About 5 months ago i purchased a used 2014 hyundai elantra i purchased a addional 1,500 warranty that covers car repairs and a rental tell my car is completed, today 7/2/16 my car has messed up all morning they gave me the run around to even speak to people finally we get my car to the shop and i get no rental for the weekend. everything is closed. and their was nothing noone could do. even them manager on duty couldn't help me because everything is closed til tuesday . im beyond irratatted with this situation because they had me under them impression that i would just be giving a car when my messed up. i had to call off work today due to the fact i had no transportation and i work the next 2 days my son will not be able to have fourth of july because we have no transportation , when i asked for my additonal 1,500$ back everyone wanted to get big eye'd i will be taking them to court !!!
