Lost money due to wrong information from Enterprise

Enterprise Car Sales complaint


Hi All

I went o buy a car from enterprise, Balboa Ave, San Diego office. I was given a lot of wrong info about the warranty, etc about the car.

Based on the info, i bought the car and the car got a very minor scratch on its back.

Next day, when i went to get the documents, i realized that some of the information given to me was wrong.

I thought to give back the car as per the return policy because the current warranty status does not meet my priority.

They heavily charged me on the minor scratch and they told me that i would be let free without paying the heavy amount if i buy a more priced car.

First of all, i approached them because i didn't have enough money to buy a brand new car. On top of that they charged me heavily when i wanted to return the car after realizing wrong information.

It was pretty bad experience i ever had from a car rental/sale company.
